Anxiety, phobia, panic

Anxiety

People with anxiety experience significant distress because their anxiety severely limits their quality of life. This refers to chronic anxiety and panic, not the fear of new things that everyone experiences. A person suffering from anxiety and panic exhibits pronounced avoidance behavior. This avoidance behavior also occurs in cases of trauma. As a result, they can no longer live their lives as they would like, and a vicious cycle begins: the less an anxious person dares to do, the more insecure they become, and the more insecure they are, the less they dare to do things. Furthermore, these individuals increasingly isolate themselves from their surroundings because they avoid situations they perceive as dangerous. This, in turn, leads to new anxieties. Rational explanations of how senseless these fears are are of little use, as anxieties operate on a much deeper emotional level.

Phobia

A phobia is an irrational (!) and excessive fear or even panic in response to a situation or living being. As with anxiety, people with phobias experience significant distress, but only in specific situations. Almost everyone has a phobia, but it’s relatively easy to live with, as it’s highly unlikely, for example, that someone with a tarantula phobia would encounter a tarantula in Luxembourg or the surrounding area. However, it can be extremely unpleasant for an international businessman to have a fear of flying or a fear of riding in an elevator when living on the 10th floor of a high-rise building. In such cases, the only solutions are to change residence or job, or to confront the phobia.

Panic

A panic disorder is a recognized illness that should be treated. It is typically characterized by intense anxiety that occurs completely unexpectedly and is accompanied by strong physical symptoms such as dizziness, rapid heartbeat (even fear of a heart attack), fainting, sweating, and general discomfort, without any underlying physical illness. Such a panic attack can be triggered by specific situations, people, or objects.

Here, too, the affected person develops strong avoidance behavior. They structure their lives so that they only visit places where they believe help is readily available or where they can escape quickly. Those affected experience significant limitations in their lives.

I can help you learn suitable relaxation techniques in a very short time, which you can then use again and again. Together, we will also uncover the root causes of your anxiety/phobia/panic and reprogram them through hypnosis, transforming them into something positive so that, in most cases, the anxiety disappears completely. Reclaim your life and the joy it brings. Hypnosis is a fast and efficient way to achieve this.
